Racing TV End User Terms And Conditions Rule

The Footage is owned by Racing TV Limited ("Racing TV"). Racing TV shall stay the exclusive legal and useful owner of all copyright and copyright rights in the Footage in eternity. All rights not clearly approved herein are reserved by Racing TV.


Permissible Use and Restrictions


You may see the Footage as soon as on a desktop computer screen or mobile phone for personal, private, domestic, non-commercial usages just in accordance with these terms and conditions.


You shall not:


(a) Make the Footage readily available to anyone else;


(b) Use or view the Footage aside from as expressly allowed by these terms, or copy, relay, broadcast, or communicate the Footage to the general public, nor may you include any portion of or all of the Footage in any equipment or product save as specifically permitted under these terms and conditions or develop any enhancement or works of any part or all of the Footage;


(c) Save, modify, copy, change, misshape, modify, disperse, reformat, take apart, delay or repeat the Footage and/or its transmission or do anything that is contrary to any of the moral rights or other rights of the copyright owner of the Footage;


(d) Remove any item identification (consisting of but not restricted to evaluate icons), legend or notice, or any proprietary or copyright notice from any part of the Footage;


(e) Represent or declare that you own any part or all of the Footage or otherwise do anything that is irregular with TBS' and/or Racing TV's rights in the Footage;


(f) Store or send any Footage to any publication, user group, other website, electronic publication board, mailing list, server or other storage device in any kind; or


(g) Sell or commercially make use of any part or all of the Footage in any way.


3rd Party Rights


Racing TV and each of its group companies may implement any arrangement of these conditions against you as a third party agreement recipient whether in the name of bet365 or in its own name. The Contracts (Rights of 3rd Parties) Act 1999 shall use to these terms.
