Lucy's on her lunchbreak when she tries her first scratchcard - quickly, she's hooked. She's never been interested in gambling in the past, however after a couple of months the glove compartment of her vehicle has plenty of scratchcards. And after that she starts betting online ...

Lucy's taking a medication called Aripiprazole for her psychological health condition. It's a partial dopamine agonist - a different mechanism to the dopamine agonist substance abuse for Parkinson's and Restless Legs Syndrome that we've become aware of in previous episodes.

But it's got similar side . For Lucy, this indicates compulsive eating, hypersexuality - and a gambling issue that's spiralling out of control.

Details of organisations using help and assistance with a few of the problems raised are available at bbc.co.uk/ actionline.

If you have any concerns about medication you're taking, speak with your doctor.
